Secure communication
Franke & Partners pays special attention to the security and confidentiality of all documents obtained from our clients. For a safe electronic transmission of sensitive data, we recommend the prior encryption with PGP/GPG or any other suitable system.
The public key of our firm (2.048-bit RSA) can be found here.
Additionally, we are sending all communications to the patent offices exclusively by encrypted electronic transmission i.e. either using EPO online filing or DPMAdirect.
